Bridal Stylist Responsibilities:
- Works closely with brides and their guests in a boutique like environment
- Clearly answers questions about our designers and ordering process
- Can confidently close a sale in a positive manner
- Able to understand terminology about wedding dresses
- Follows up with brides with any questions or to schedule another appointment
- Answers phone calls to set up and confirm appointments
- Assists other team members during appointments
- Keeps the store organized and cleaned, pays attention to detail
- Assists in choosing the best styles for the store at Bridal Markets with team

Bridal Stylist Expectations/Skills:
- Sales experience in retail and/or sales
- Has a fun, energetic and outgoing personality. Knows how to make people feel important and comfortable, while still staying organized and focused during an appointment
- Punctual, has reliable transportation
- Is a good listener and communicator
- Is self motivated and can do tasks without being reminded
- Works well in team environments
- Loves fashion, helping others, being creative
- Has a positive attitude and a desire think outside the box with personalizing a bride's look
- Is able to communicate on the phone clearly and professionally
- Basic computer skills, can type detailed notes about appointments and questions
- Dresses professionally and presents a fashion forward look with clean makeup, nails and hair
- Listens to direction and helps support Bucci's Bridal's mission statement.

Store Manager Requirements:
- Providing strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Keeping track of sales through monthly reports
- Taking bridal appointments as needed
- Opening and closing the store, ensuring safety and security
- Training new staff members on store procedures and appointments
- Confirming appointments weekly and/or assisting other staff members
- Answering phone calls, emails and following up with customers
- Placing and receiving orders and processing payments
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Ongoing communication with the owner to discuss store performance
- Working weekdays, Saturdays, and some Sundays, depending on season

- Carrying out and attaining the store's mission and values
- Reaching store sales goals by closing appointments with Bridal Stylists
- Creating a workplace culture that encourages teamwork
- Providing effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action
- Upholding a strong reputation for the store via in-person and online with attentive customer service
- Continuing to look for ways to improve store efficiency, customer experience, inventory and sales
- Empowering employees to take responsibility for their job and goals
- Confidentiality of all business and personal information of employees
- Maintaining professionalism in the store, with staff and customers


- 1-2 years of management experience
- Detail oriented with the ability to recall important information
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and employee development skills
- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
- Experience in a team-oriented workplace

- Full-time: 30-35 or Part-time: 20-25
